RETURN POLICIES
Masks/Parts/Accessories Return Policy
CPAPCARE.ca accepts returns and exchanges of any unused, undamaged and unopened products for refund within 30days of original purchase. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% processing fee + shipping fee. In order to return or exchange a package, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via email following your request sent to customerservice@cpapcare.ca. Any package returned without an approved RMA Code will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and have been examined.
Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in PAP therapy and will be glad to answer any questions that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.
CPAP/BiPAP/APAP Unit Return Policy
All CPAP/BiPAP/APAP and humidifiers are considered medical equipment and cannot be returned.
WARRANTY POLICIES
CPAP/BiPAP/APAP Warranty Policy
Most manufacturers offer up to a 3-year warranty on CPAP/BiPAP/APAP units and a 1-year warranty on humidifiers. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer service team at customerservice@cpapcare.ca. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may VOID the warranty.
Mask/Parts/Accessories Warranty Policy
Masks and parts warranty is covered for 90 days from original purchase. Please note that some accessories may not have a warranty, please email customerservice@cpapcare.ca to confirm warranty. Should you find that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact our Customer service team at customerservice@cpapcare.ca within 10days of original purchase date. Decisions for repair or replacement under the manufacturer warranty period are made solely by the manufacturer. Any misuse of the equipment may VOID the warranty.
Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for any warranty item(s). In order to return or exchange a package, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via email following your request sent to customerservice@cpapcare.ca. CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order contact customerservice@cpapcare.ca to see if your order has been processed and shipped.
PRESCRIPTION POLICY
CPAP/APAP/BiPAP units and masks are prescriptive devices and a prescription is required. Mask and equipment parts, accessories and cleaning supplies DO NOT require a prescription.
Your prescription must include the physician’s name, physician’s contact information, physician’s signature, your name and a statement about the equipment needed.
Prescription must be emailed or faxed to customerservice@cpapcare.ca. Contact our office for further details and directions, as we can assist you if you need any help.
SHIPPING
All shipping will be made through Canada Post Expedited. Customers can upgrade to FedEx Priority shipping for $50.00 CAD (Next Day). Please note that most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24hrs to be updated. Orders already shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered in any way. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your package is ready for delivery.

CPAPCARE.ca offers Free Shipping on all orders over $99.00 CAD. Most orders placed before 3PM EST time Monday to Friday will be processed and packaged within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and/or statutory holidays will be processed on the following business day. Processing time may be longer during promotional periods due to high volume of orders and stock availability. Should your selected item be out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. CPAPCARE.ca will provide you a status update on any back ordered items. Please note processing time differs from shipping time.
